Having the highest payload rating in the compact class, our AMRs are designed to automate material handling processes in the manufacturing, commercial and healthcare industries. Specially built for tight navigation in space-scarce facilities, Magnus AMRs are able to autonomously travel through spaces as narrow as 0.9 metres wide, avoiding obstacles in its path whilst carrying a payload of up to 300kg. Its same-speed bi-directional capability means the autonomous mobile robot can reverse out of dead ends without doing a spot turn. Powered by SESTO’s proprietary user-friendly interface, operators can easily deploy the Magnus AMRs for material transportation using a tablet or laptop. The robot provides high uptime of up to ten hours on a single charge and fast battery charging in three hours.
Magnus Lifter
Magnus Lifter is equipped with cameras which verifies that the correct trolley is picked up via a QR code attached to the trolley prior to picking up and delivering it to the drop off point. It also has a load sensor which ensures that the payload picked up does not exceed the maximum weight of 300kg. The Magnus Lifter operates 10 hours on a single three hours charge and auto-docks to the charging station to top up the battery in-between tasks. Magnus Lifter will fit right in your current workflow in manufacturing or healthcare facilities and enable smart and reliable deliveries of various types of trolley or carts. This includes roll cages, food warmers, shelving racks that are mounted to our trolley adapter. Setting up or changing the waypoints for pick-up and drop off locations is easily done on our web based SESTO software. The Magnus Lifter may also be used to pick up pallets of intermediate parts for delivery to a CNC machine paired with a collaborative robot that feeds the individual parts for machining. The Magnus Lifter is later dispatched to pick up the pallets or trays of finished parts from a docking when they are ready.
Magnus Shelf
A RFID scanner is provided to enable scanning of parts or tote boxes before loading and unloading and to associate the payloads to the delivery task. Operators interact with a touch screen device on the shelving module to verify inventory or parts information and to select the next destination for Magnus Shelf.
